This is an appropriate point to review and / or assess progress and the activities on pages 39-42 of Talk Spanish are designed for this purpose.
The following activities could be used for extension work.
Activity 6 could lead to brainstorming of other Spanish wines / drinks and / or Spanish food, then used to reinforce pronunciation / spelling.
Learners work in pairs or groups to produce their own puzzle along the lines of activity 10 for other groups to solve.
Activity 12 could be a model for learners to write a short description of themselves.
