This is an appropriate point to review and / or assess progress and the activities on pages 67 to 70 of Talk French are designed for this purpose.
Many of the activities can be used for extension work:
Giving direction to local places along the lines of activity 1.
Paired interviews to elicit the same information as activity 2 - with real or fictitious identities.
Using the gapped letter in activity 8 as a model for learners to express their own / family's hotel requirements.
Learners could work in twos or threes to produce crosswords as in activity 9 for others to solve.
At this stage, learners also have enough French to make up simple but interesting role plays for getting directions, asking about places or finding accommodation.
